Shipping & Delivery

The delivery time for an order is divided into two phases:

Processing time: Order verification, preparation, quality control, and packaging. All orders are typically forwarded to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of order placement and payment.

Shipping time: This refers to the time required to transport the items from our warehouse to their destination.

USA & Canada

Standard insured shipping takes 2–4 weeks (provided your item is in stock).

Australia & New Zealand

Standard insured shipping takes 2–4 weeks (provided your item is in stock).

UK & Europe

Standard insured shipping takes 2–4 weeks (provided your item is in stock).

Other countries

Standard insured shipping takes 2–5 weeks (provided your item is in stock).

Insured Shipping: If an item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement free of charge, provided appropriate documentation is supplied.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your order will be placed at the top of our daily order list, which we then forward to our manufacturers. However, depending on current order volume, the delivery time may be the same as for standard shipping. Your item is also insured.

**Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as we maintain warehouses in various locations.**

It can often take a few days to a week for tracking numbers to update and display accurate shipment status information. Please use an external website, such as https://17track.net, to track your order.

Please note that shipping to some countries may take longer than estimated.

Depending on current order volume, your shipment may be delayed. Rest assured, we are working hard to ship everything as quickly as possible. If you would like to make changes to your order, please email us at support@vitacurok.com within 24 hours of placing your order; we will gladly make the necessary adjustments for you. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Therefore, please ensure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
