Order Processing & Shipping Time

United States: Orders for U.S. delivery addresses are processed within 24 hours. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Other countries and regions: Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, weather, logistics, and other factors.

How Can I Follow My Parcel?

You can look up your parcel using an external tracking service such as 17TRACK. Tracking records may take a few days to a week to refresh and reflect the shipment's progress.

Why Might Items Arrive Separately?

Items in the same order may leave from different warehouses. When this happens, they can travel in separate parcels and arrive on different days.

What Does Insured Shipping Include?

Insured Shipping: If an item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement free of charge, provided appropriate documentation is supplied.

Priority Insured Shipping

With priority insured shipping, your order goes to the top of our daily order list before we forward that list to our manufacturers. This option also includes insurance for your item. Depending on the number of orders being handled, however, delivery may take the same amount of time as standard shipping.

Need to Change Your Order?

To request changes, email support@vitacurok.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will be happy to make the necessary adjustments if your order has not already shipped. Once it has been dispatched, we cannot make changes. Please check that you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
