Standard Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items free of charge within 30 days of receipt. The purchase price of the returned items will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges of Vitacurok products purchased from another authorized retailer, please contact the respective retailer directly.
Return Process (excluding Black Friday and other special offers)
For all returns, please contact us at support@vitacurok.com to obtain your return shipping label. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return; we will inform you of the next steps after receiving your email.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@vitacurok.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This report must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Missing Items
If you have not received your order in full, please contact us at support@vitacurok.com, including your order number and the subject line: MISSING ITEM.
